Kim Hiscott is a Registered Early Childhood Educator and the Executive Director of Andrew Fleck Children’s Services, a multi-service organization. With Kim’s leadership and guidance over the past fourteen years, Andrew Fleck Children’s Services has developed innovative programs and expanded to provide a comprehensive range of services that meet the diverse early learning and child care needs of families in the City of Ottawa. Throughout her career she has been passionate about connecting parents with their children’s development, learning about intergenerational programming and inspired by collaborative, reflective Educators.
Vice President of Education & Development, Bright Horizons Family Solutions
Rachel Robertson has been a thought leader in early education and child development for over 25 years, as well as an author and fierce advocate for early childhood education and educators. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Social Science, a Master of Arts in Human Development, and a Certificate in Early Education Leadership from Harvard. She is currently the Vice President of Education and Development for Bright Horizons Family Solutions. In this role she supervises the education programs for 700 early education centres and the professional development for the more than 18,000 educators and learning leaders.

Peter has over 20 years experience working with social enterprise and purpose-led organizations, across a variety of sectors in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Co-founder of Storypark, over the last decade Peter has worked across many aspects of early childhood including professional development, researching the ECE profession globally, working with children who have additional needs, creating community and person-centric intervention strategies and designing intuitive technologies in pursuit of meaningful impact.
