Canadian early years organizations are experiencing increasing complexity and change.
It's clear, the need for thoughtful and responsive leadership has never been greater. In this on-demand webinar, we explore Data-Informed Decision Making (DIDM)—a powerful framework for early childhood education leaders, that blends reflective practice with situational data to guide strategic action, and enhance quality practice.
Hear from two highly respected voices in the Canadian early learning community—Brenda Ferguson, CEO of Today’s Family Early Learning and Child Care, and Susan Menchinton, Pedagogy Specialist at Network Child Care Services— as they share insights drawn from their extensive experience.
From this webinar recording you will develop a greater understanding of DIDM guided by a practical six-step framework, hear stories from the field, examine common implementation barriers, and learn how to foster a culture of data literacy. Whether you're seeking to fine-tune your organization’s decision making process or lead more confidently through change, this recording offers both inspiration and actionable guidance.
